Conferencing

bizPBX's conferencing solution can scale up to 5000 participants for ad-hoc or scheduled conferences. Host controls and invite capability are provided for conference management with recording. Access numbers can be selected for desired countries from the trunk list and also allows connectivity from MS Teams users.

ACD and IVR

Answer and route calls through IVR. Your customers can interact with the automated voice prompt which guides them and based on their inputs connect them to their desired extension(s). Similarly, route incoming calls to open extensions using ACD and time-of-day programming. All routing is available through secure policy-based data access across multiple tenants.
